The team: Our Electronic Data Production Services (eDPS) Team serves as an integrating interface between the Global Client Management, our Global Aeronautical Data Management teams and our Aviation customers. The area of responsibility includes configuring the delivery streams, extracting, validating and monitoring of the time critical and flight safety relevant deliveries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs data aggregation tasks necessary to produce cyclic data updates for electronic Jeppesen products.

  • Reviews integrity of deliveries and investigates potential issues. Communicates with internal business partners as necessary.

  • Coordinates data imports and/or exports for applicable production tools.

  • Maintains internal production planning tools and schedules.

  • Ensures all customer delivery commitments are met.

  • Tracks and maintains quality measurements and quality documentation.

Basic qualifications:

  • Working languages are German and English. Sufficient experience encouraged.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Excel).

  • Experience in data entry, validation and report based analysis.

  • Experienced in time-critical, focused work.

  • Open and willing to quickly specialize and learn.

  • Experienced in teamwork and team communication.
