You will join our HSEQ department
As our new Quality Coordinator you will be part of the HSEQ Community in Ramboll Energy with colleagues in several countries and this position will be placed in Hannover or Hamburg, Germany. The position will report to the global Energy HSEQ manager, but will also work in close cooperation with German departments and project managers in Energy.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Daily support to project and department managers in HSEQ matters
- Support tender teams with HSEQ information to clients
- Support project teams in HSEQ related matters
- Ensure that Energy follows work-environment requirements (HSE) for DE
- Plan and carry out internal audits in corporation with local management
- Assist with reporting, evaluating, and analyzing Energy’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support handling of non-conformities, including follow up and analysis
- Contribute to implementation of procedures and supporting material
- Dependent of experience: Lead and participate in external audits (supplier and sub-contractor audits, 3rd-party audits

- B.Sc. or similar in an engineering discipline, Environmental or Occupational Health and Safety, extensive relevant experience may substitute for formal education
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
- Knowledge and understanding of the business model and principal tasks, challenges and processes of engineering and consulting
- You promote a safe and environmentally friendly workplace for co-workers and clients through a personal commitment to safety and sustainability
- Detail orientated
- Open and communicative personality who enjoys working with customers and in a team
- An outgoing attitude and good verbal and written communication skills (German and English)
- A flair for working with systems and documentation
- The ability to interpret, review, implement and contribute to the further development of HSEQ policies and procedures
- Flexibility to travel, mainly within Germany (max. 30%)
- Auditor certification
- Experience from project site work is an asset but not a necessity
