At Evotec’s site in Goettingen, Germany, the Site Management team is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated
Receptionist (all genders)
Part-time (30h/week) and permanent
Your key responsibilities
- Welcome of visitors or technical service personnel
- Networking of company divisions and employees as well as external partners in their function as the first point of contact for guests
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Organization of internal and external meetings
- Independent correspondence with colleagues, applicants, and customers of all levels in German and English
- Assistant to site management
- Taking on smaller projects, e.g. local company events
- Organization of the Future Day ("Boys and Girls Day")
Your ideal qualifications
- You have completed apprenticeship in the commercial field or comparable qualification
- Ideally several years of professional experience in the field of secretarial/assistant or hotel management/reception
- You are confident in using MS Office application
- You have a strong organizational talent and work very careful
- You count commitment, open-mindness, flexibility and good communication among your strengths
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
