In order to expand our team in Freiburg (Germany), we are now looking for a talented
Senior People Operations Specialist (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure a great working experience for both internal employees in Germany as well as freelancers across the globe
- Manage all day-to-day people operations topics (e.g. employee relations, contract management, on- and offboarding, data administration)
- Take responsibility for our payroll and HR controlling & budgeting
- Own and maintain our HRIS Personio
- Act as a mentor within the People Operations and Office Management team and collaborate with our People & Culture Team in India
- Collaborate on various internal projects and get involved in daily office management & administration tasks when needed
Your profile:
- High level of empathy, kindness, and service-oriented focus to elevate the employee experience
- Deep knowledge of people operations processes
- Experience with the preparatory payroll and ideally prior knowledge of HR controlling
- Reliable and highly motivated person with a hands-on mentality and the desire to be part of an energetic and growing company
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Great communication skills and complete fluency in both German and English
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Teams, Outlook, Calendar) and Personio would be a plus
