As the European market leader and pioneer of free-floating car-sharing, SHARE NOW is represented in 16 major European cities with around 11,000 vehicles, including around 3,000 electric vehicles. This corresponds to a share of more than 25 percent of the total fleet. About 3.4 million customers already use the service. SHARE NOW offers a sustainable solution for urban mobility and, as part of the mobility offer, contributes significantly to relieving traffic congestion in cities. Each car-sharing car replaces up to 20 private vehicles in urban traffic. With vehicles from BMW, Citroën, Fiat, MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Peugeot, and smart. SHARE NOW continues to expand its European market leadership in free-floating car-sharing. The mobility provider was founded in 2019 as a joint venture between BMW Group and Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG. It is headquartered in Berlin.
Aufgaben
YOUR TASKS
- You will respond to written inquiries of our German members timely and primary by e-mail (2nd level support)
- You respond to billing inquiries and process refunds corresponding to these invoices
- You process and assess penalties for violations related to the published terms & conditions
- You process and track traffic fines, parking violations, towing offenses, tolls and citations
- You respond to police requests and process fraud cases
- You maintain our knowledge data base for German members (article creation, process documentation)
- You support our claims department in handling claims cases with German members, companies and authorities
- You support optimal efficiencies and quality by handling all requests and processes according to departmental policies, established work instructions and quality standards
- You are an important interface between our members and SHARE NOW
YOUR PROFILE
- You are enrolled as a student and have at least one year's time to support our team with 20 hours per week
- Ideally you already gained some first experiences in Customer Service
- You have the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- You have excellent German verbal and written skills (grammar, spelling)
- You have strong English skills (spoken and written). Dutch, Italian, French, Spanish are a plus
- You bring strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You have the ability to problem solve and innovative process improvements
- You have good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ideally you have experience in dealing with Customer Contact Management Tool
- You enjoy working in a team, showing initiative and introducing new ideas
- You are passionate about the concept of flexible mobility
